Sprint Tri: 300 yd swim, 11 mile bike, 5K run
Relay teams combined age U - 100, 100 - over
SuperSprint Tri: 150 yd swim, 7 mile bike, 2 mile run
Tri & Tri again: the Sprint course then the SuperSprint course back-to-back. Total distance 450 yd swim, 18 mile bike, 5.1 mile run. Race is limited to 24 participants. Each will get a special finisher's t-shirt and special finisher's medal
