| Event Description |
The 5k Run/Walk course begins at the Neighborhood Art House,201 East 10th St. Erie, PA proceeds through downtown Erie, and ends at the Neighborhood Art House. Artwork done by the children at the Art House will be awarded to the overall top male and female and to the top 3 male and female finishers in various age groups in both the Run & Walk. A Team Challenge is offered for those who want to gather co-workers, family and friends. Minimum of 5 runners or walkers needed to register as a team. Great prizes awarded for the top 3 teams. Team participants also qualify for individual awards. Proceeds benefit the after-school and summer programs in the visual, performing, literary arts and environmental awareness and action offered to children living in Erie's inner-city.
